Start with the requirement
If a municipality, CNR office, OPAMSS, lender, or project professional gave you instructions, send the written requirement with your request. The plan may need particular boundaries, levels, coordinates, building details, signatures, or file formats. We’ll review those details before preparing a quote.
CNR and OPAMSS procedures vary by case. A survey may be one part of the file; other steps can require an architect, engineer, notary, lawyer, or the property owner. We’ll describe only the work included in the quote.

No. The survey supplies technical information and plans for the agreed scope. Updating a deed or record requires the applicable cadastral and legal steps. We’ll explain what our quote includes and what needs another professional or institution.
Can a survey solve a boundary dispute with a neighbor?
It can document measurements and site conditions within the agreed scope. It does not decide ownership or settle a legal dispute. If there is an active dispute, consult a lawyer about the legal steps.
I need a plan for OPAMSS or the CNR. Can you prepare it?
Send the written requirements, location, and property information. We’ll review the requested plan and confirm whether the work fits our scope. The reviewing institution makes its own decision; we cannot guarantee approval.
