Structural design
Where the project requires it, define the structural work and technical documents with the appropriate engineering scope. The proposal will identify what is included and which approvals or specialist reviews are still needed.
Construction
If construction is part of the project, the proposal will set out the work, responsibilities, schedule assumptions, and how progress and decisions will be coordinated. Construction can be quoted with design or as a separate scope, subject to project review.
How a project starts
